I’ve eaten here several times before, so this is going to be my overall review of this place after everything I’ve garnered from it.
The food? The food is alright. I usually get a 5 layer burrito every time I come here with the same things and I’ve never had my requests misplaced (yet). On the occasion the nacho fries come back, they’re good and seasoned well enough to anyone’s liking really.
The customer service is not bad for the staff they have. There’s not a lot of employees, so I’ll cut some minor slack, but usually they’re very nice and friendly, especially considering a lot of people from my local high school can come to this place as a stop for a bite.
The only reason I would deduct some ratings off this place is of the inside of the restaurant. Here’s a thing: I never dine inside there, and for good reason.
Eating in is very depressing already from the lack of customers, but when you take a look around the place, with the fountain drink area having a whole section of it missing, bugs lingering around the area, the lack of sanitation and aesthetic around the place, and the bathroom… oh lord, the male bathroom, the staple, the stereotype of Taco Bell, and this one by far takes the cake. The toilet of this particular Taco Bell has been littered with feces and TP that it makes a derelict bathroom of a gas station off in the country seem like a Hilton one with a bidet. The urinal is stained yellow with urine, I saw some pubic hairs on it, I’m not even sure if it flushes properly, and the floor around it is sticky that I’m pretty sure the soles of my shoes have lost a layer from the uric acid buildup (HA). But the cherry on top? On one certain visit, I’m CONFIDENT, and I SWEAR ON MY LIFE AND MY TIMBS, there was a BLOODY TOOTH beside the damn urinal. It doesn’t get very much Taco Bell than that.
My overall advice? If you want a taco or burrito or a quick bite of something Mexican, or simply enjoy Taco Bell, this place is alright in terms of their food and service, but by no means, DO NOT EAT INSIDE. Take it to go, you’re much better off that way. At least you’ll have a clean toilet if you get the bowel movements LOL.

Come on, guys.... if you're going to make it a point to charge for sauce, include the freaking sauce. It's the principal....then you won't even answer the phone. Makayla needs more training and needs to stay focused. 🙄 Yes, I'd like my .90 cents back.

I will go out of my way to come to this taco bell. Food is always right n the stuff friendly. I also Doordash so I am there every night as soon as 10 o’clock hits they get extremely busy. During that time, they are very patient and still find the time to service every customer in drive-through or in-store n keep the store clean. Service is also fast considering how packed they get. I am normally waiting at the surrounding restaurants for 15/20minutes for an order, not here. There will be a line all the way out of the parking lot and they still manage to get orders out fast. I have witnessed customers yelling and cursing at them, Young drunk men coming in acting a fool, and every single time they have dealt with them Calmly and professionally. I have never been to a fast food place with such friendly staff.

They messed up my order and gave me 2 quesadillas instead of chalupas , wasn’t really an issue until the 2 people making them immediately gave an attitude shaking their heads at me and mumbling under their breath the whole time , the receipt said only steak cheese and beans and I got two chalupas with everything on it, I came in a second time and told them it was only supposed to be steak beans and cheese and got even more attitude snatching the food from me and throwing it on the counter when it was complete and when I said thank you they just turned their back to me. Absolutely garbage customer service. never coming back.
