This place needs more employees, especially to take orders inside. Went into the lobby around 1:30pm for lunch. Stood there for 8 minutes before being acknowledged, only to be told to order on the kiosk. I said I only have cash and do not want to do the kiosk. I do not work there. Ended up walking out because they wouldn’t take my order. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but the past few times I’ve visited this location my orders have been wrong or food forgotten and takes way to long to get food and this today was final straw. I’ll drive to south Daytona to see Taco Bell Joe.

Was told to go to the drive thru because the inside was for doordash. No one was inside when I arrived and the drive thru was full. My order was totally wrong. Ib waiting 40 min for a 10 pack

3-14-26 10:03pm on a Saturday night. Lobby closed. Drive thru only. Sat in drive thru until 10:57pm to get my order. Some food was cold. There are reviews that I saw dating back to 2024. This is not a new issue. This is an issue they choose to have. Thankfully I didn’t have plans or delivering, but I am sure the other people stuck in the drive thru were affected in that way.

This location really needs to hire more people for the night shift cause the wait time for anything after 10pm is always crazy.

I’ve eaten here several times before, so this is going to be my overall review of this place after everything I’ve garnered from it. The food? The food is alright. I usually get a 5 layer burrito every time I come here with the same things and I’ve never had my requests misplaced (yet). On the occasion the nacho fries come back, they’re good and seasoned well enough to anyone’s liking really. The customer service is not bad for the staff they have. There’s not a lot of employees, so I’ll cut some minor slack, but usually they’re very nice and friendly, especially considering a lot of people from my local high school can come to this place as a stop for a bite. The only reason I would deduct some ratings off this place is of the inside of the restaurant. Here’s a thing: I never dine inside there, and for good reason. Eating in is very depressing already from the lack of customers, but when you take a look around the place, with the fountain drink area having a whole section of it missing, bugs lingering around the area, the lack of sanitation and aesthetic around the place, and the bathroom… oh lord, the male bathroom, the staple, the stereotype of Taco Bell, and this one by far takes the cake. The toilet of this particular Taco Bell has been littered with feces and TP that it makes a derelict bathroom of a gas station off in the country seem like a Hilton one with a bidet. The urinal is stained yellow with urine, I saw some pubic hairs on it, I’m not even sure if it flushes properly, and the floor around it is sticky that I’m pretty sure the soles of my shoes have lost a layer from the uric acid buildup (HA). But the cherry on top? On one certain visit, I’m CONFIDENT, and I SWEAR ON MY LIFE AND MY TIMBS, there was a BLOODY TOOTH beside the damn urinal. It doesn’t get very much Taco Bell than that. My overall advice? If you want a taco or burrito or a quick bite of something Mexican, or simply enjoy Taco Bell, this place is alright in terms of their food and service, but by no means, DO NOT EAT INSIDE. Take it to go, you’re much better off that way. At least you’ll have a clean toilet if you get the bowel movements LOL.
