One thing I’ll never understand is when I ask for an iced coffee and I’m in a rush and just say with sugar and don’t specify liquid sugar they put normal sugar and it doesn’t disintegrate. I never want to wait in the line again to fix my order with screaming kids in the car. I will say the ladies are always really nice occasionally there’s the same one girl that sounds like she hates life and is miserable but I get it. Love their hot cappuccinos and frozen coffees. Donuts could have more filling in them.
