Between sitting at the drive-through just to order for five minutes before somebody even acknowledges you to then not even making your coffee correct and when you ask them to we make it, they give you an attitude. All the employees seem so miserable.

I expected to get a bagel sandwich and ended up getting a croissant and since they didn’t give me a receipt, my bagged meal was sitting there for some time and I didn’t know it was mine. I also couldn’t help but notice somebody put their hands on my bag because they couldn’t tell if it was theirs or not. Definitely won’t be going back here. When I inquired about the sandwich not being on a bagel, she said that’s the way it came, but I indicated by the picture on the sign they had in the store. It was on a bagel. Explain that to me? They were lucky to get the two stars .

They felt very common place. They used a few curse words, but I learned all about everybody’s private life and all of their friends.
