My family loves Chipotle but this store seems like there is staffing or ordered or management issues. We have left twice in a row due to multiple things that are out or long wait times for cooking. One time they were out of brown rice, cheese, steak and guac. Come on please do beetter.

I have been coming to this place about once a week if not more since it has opened. This location has gone down hill big time the last month. Today I received a scoop of chicken then the employee hit it against the container to lower the portion to just about a half scoop. When I guestioned it, I was told this is our portion size. I think I would rather them go back to weighing the portions because I had more when they even did that. I have notice the rice portions have gone down as well but never said anything about that. The prices have continued to go up and quality of the ingredients continues to go down as well. I will not be going back to this location for a long time if ever. I am not sure if it is the manager placing restrictions on the portions or if it is company wide but they just lost me as a customer at this location.

All people who didn't have have to, but stood in solidarity with the common man and woman while they were being treated as second class citizens.
I walk into the Port Orange Chipotle and notice that the cheese is empty. Initially worried, my nervousness subsides when I see that when the group in front of me orders cheese, the employee walks to the to-go line and adds cheese to their order. When I attempted to do the same thing the employee told me that she "Can't keep doing it." Scared and panicked that I won't be getting cheese talk through the entire situation with the employee. Anxiously I explain to her that I saw the people in front of me getting cheese and that I assumed I would also be getting cheese and if I wasn't going to be able to get cheese she should have told me that before beginning an order due to cheese being one of the more popular items on the line. She tells me that she cannot give me cheese, explaining that they only have enough cheese for to-go orders, and then hard sells me on my partially made bowl, "So do you want it or not?!" I, sheepishly, respond, "Sure, I'll take it." Feeling bad for me she then goes to the to-go line and brings me cheese in a to-go cup.
"The squeaky wheel gets the grease." Because I complained I got treated like a first class to-go or delivery customer. BUT I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS INJUSTICE! A society where the "To-go Elite" get everything they want, while the dine-in proletariat get their scraps! Outside of the Chipotle, I marched to the trash can, threw away away the cheese, and threw up an epic Black Power salute.
You read about events like this in school and see it on the news in other countries, but I never thought something like this could happen in the United States of America. While I would like to say that I am hopeful that things could change at Chipotle, I do not believe that to be true. So I am now calling on all fellow slop eaters to try a new slop bowl establishment, such as CAVA. Thank you for reading this review and I hope you take action with your hard-earned money!

Use to love chipotle but this location has made me really not like it. Theres something wrong everytime I go. Hard rice, inconsistent portions, out of key ingredients, today it was steak and cheese. Wouldn’t give queso instead and then watched them putting cheese on online orders as I was checking out. Will not be wasting money here

Restaurant chain and this location has gone down hill so badly in the last few years. Service quality in the past year has gone down. The portions have gone down while prices have gone up. The quality of the ingredients has dropped significantly. The only thing they had going for them was that it was on the “healthy” side, and “fast” food, however, that is no longer the case. 45 minutes waiting to cook chicken, then I finally get up there, out of white rice, black beans, and steak and barely enough chicken for me to get a half scoop.
My advice, you want “healthy” fast food? Go to filo Greek or CAVA. Matter of fact, I pray to god QDoba builds a location where Tijuana flats used to be, across the street. Then I can get the pleasure of watching chipotle crumble to its knees.
