  Food wasn’t ready until 20 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Forgot to pack the large bag of chips with my order so I had to drive back to the store. No acknowledgement of the situation or “I’m sorry” from the workers. Go to Moe’s instead.

  I don’t typically leave reviews, but I just had to this time . I have been to every chipotle within like a 15 mile radius. This is the only chipotle location that actually cooks the food correct And it brought me back to the first time that I ever tried chipotle and loved it. The steak is moist juicy well seasoned and cooked to perfection and actually taste like chipotle steak everywhere else it’s dry, overcooked or undercooked with literally no juice or Seasoning. The rice here is perfectly cooked versus everywhere else. The rice is usually dry and overcooked at every other location. On top of the food being great and consistent at this location the service is also fantastic. I have kids with me every time and all of the employees are patient and kind.

  I don’t think I’ll be going back to this one again. I go to Chipotle fairly frequently. This one gives you smaller portions than any other one I have been too. With the cost of things going up all the time and how much it is shorting people just isn’t right.

  I’ve been to this Chipotle location on Dunlawton in Port Orange multiple times now, and the same problem keeps happening. The last four visits, several food pans have been empty even though there were still 2–3 hours left before closing. More specifically, the last four times I’ve come in, they were out of steak with nothing cooking on the grill. At some point this stops feeling like a one-off and starts feeling like a pattern. I honestly do not understand how a location stays in business when core items are repeatedly unavailable well before closing. From what I’ve noticed, traffic at this location already seems to have dropped off, and experiences like this are probably part of the reason why. My wife is happy to eat the leftover pieces of chicken with nothing new on the grill. We both couldn’t eat due to lack of proteins.

  The only one deserving of a raise for his work ethic is the guy with curly brown hair always having to pick up everyone's slack who works the food line. We love the food, but lines are always long, out of ice. Tables are always dirty. This place used to be great but this last year and half its gone down hill. Manager sends people on break when there's a line to the door.
