When we picked up the order, everything was packed into one large bag. Since it was a catered meal for 10 people, the bag was extremely heavy and difficult to carry. When we asked for assistance bringing the order out to our vehicle, we were told, “No, we don’t do that here.” A little kindness and willingness to help customers—especially with a large catering order—would go a long way.
