IF YOU DO UBER OR DOORDASH DO NOT DELIVER FROM HERE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT SABATOGES ONLINE DELIVERY ORDERS.
A team member or manager (idk who because they purposely covered their nametag) purposely sabatoges online orders. This woman will refuse to hand you your order then go off on anybody that dares reach for their order. Almost every order I've delivered from this establishment received a call back from the customer about how something is missing, messed up, or disgusting(i.e. tacos overly wet like someone dumped a cup of water over it).
I got myself removed from orders here because the last order I got from this place, I and other fellow delivery drivers were waiting for our orders when a fellow dasher tried to reach for her order that was sitting ready for a while and this worker snapped at her telling her that she needs to wait, only SHE will hand her the order when its ready even though it was all there sitting for 10 minutes. I called her out on this in which she then followed me out to my car to take a picture of my license plate telling me how I will be banned from establishment (huge favor btw). This woman is clearly on a power trip and hyper aggressive. She sabatoges orders by purposely making delivery drivers wait excessive times. They will also mark the orders as ready for pickup when they are not done so you get account violations for unassigning.
We are trying to do our only jobs in an absolute dogwater economy/job market. Most of us just want to get our order and leave.
I have consistently had positive experiences at this location in the past, both as a Dasher and as a customer, and I always make an effort to be respectful and courteous to staff.
Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. While at the drive-thru window, I overheard employees speaking negatively about my order. This type of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the establishment.
Additionally, the drive-thru speaker system is extremely muffled and difficult to understand. I was simply attempting to ensure my order was accurate the first time, in order to avoid confusion or waste.
I strongly encourage management to address both the clarity of the communication system and the level of professionalism demonstrated by staff. Customers should not be subjected to negative commentary, especially within earshot.
This experience significantly impacted my overall impression of this location. I hope it will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

They don’t even respond if you complain about missing items! Skip this location and go somewhere else!
My aunt and I are visiting from Toronto and arrived in town late after a long drive. We were exhausted and just needed something quick to eat, so we were glad to see this location was open until 3am.
My aunt placed her order, then I placed mine. I didn’t hear a confirmation, so I politely asked the employee if my order had gone through. Instead of a simple yes or no, he responded, “Is it not on the screen?” I apologized and said I hadn’t seen it because of my eyesight.
He then replied, “You came out with no eyes,” which was completely rude and unprofessional. I was caught off guard and tried to respond, but he ended the interaction with “Have a good night” and refused to serve us.
For context, I had just driven 24 hours and had left my glasses at home since this location is right around the corner from our place here. This was an unnecessarily negative experience when we were simply trying to order food.
Customer service: 0%. Very disappointing.
