    They changed us for all the food we ordered, but shorted us on a decent amount of food, and on top of the service was slow.

    I go here about once a week and i can honestly say that i am so disappointed today. When the lady at the drive through hands me my food and my drink you can tell the drink had been sitting and also no ice AT ALL> when i asked to please have a coke w/ ice she then gave me attitude and asked me to park in spot 1 to wait for my drink. Then i am waiting on spot 1 for more than 5 min waiting for my coke, a coke??? That's all i was waiting for! I had to eventually get off, wait another few minutes at the service counter for someone to approach me, once someone approaches me it ends up being the same lady from the drive through window which i believe she may actually even be a manager, she then asked me what i needed and i told her i had been waiting for my drink at the parking spot for over 5 minutes so then she puts an empty cup in front of me so i can fill it myself. At no point she apologized for the inconvenience. What in the actual world. Such a disappointment.

    I haven't had McDonald's breakfast in years and decided to give it a try. After my experience, I'll never do it again. At the second window I was asked to pull forward to wait for my frappes, I asked for extra syrup before they handed me my bags and the lady said sure and didnt give me any and I asked again she said we'll bring it to you at the yellow line shooed me away and shut her window. I waited 6 minutes for 3 frappes. When the manager came out with the frappes I asked for the syrup. She said its in there. I told her I asked for more. She said you have 6 thats enough. I said can I please have a couple more pancake syrups She said you need more, I said please and thank you. 5 more minutes go by and she hadnt returned with syrup so I walk inside and wait another minute before someone walked up to the front and I told her what happened and when she told the same manager she rolled her eyes and said give her 1. By the time I got through with this experience and home, my frappes were melted, my food was cold all bc of a couple syrups really..

    My name is Brittany Scherer. I placed a Mobile order on the app that we are always pressured to use. When my husband went and picked up the order with my son he waited for 30 mins. My husband finally asked the employee where his order was, we opted into the pick up inside option. The employee stated the order never processed my card and he would need to make payment. He then called me and I confirmed my debit card was charged (I have the screenshot on my banking app). I called up to McDonalds at 3232 Tamiami Trl Port Charlotte FL and spoke with who she said was the manager her name was T, and she said the same thing to me as she did my husband. I was at home sick and sent my husband and child to go pick up dinner. I was rudely told I would need to reorder my food and wait for a refund. My husband had the app on his phone which said order paid, I also have a screenshot of this. I then asked T to help me cancel my order since she said I had to do this on my app, and she huffed and became rude as if I was bothering her. She was extremely disrespectful and did not care what the app said or the fact I was literally charged. This was a horrible experience. McDonalds is one of our go to places for fast food, but after we were treated to terribly I think well go to Wendys. I was finally able to cancel my order from the app and I was told I would get a refund between 1-7 business days, which I have a screenshot of this too! I didn't have a small order, its for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, so now I have to wait for my refund, and figure out dinner. Thanks McDonalds!
