- MMMVGMar 14, 20261.0First time and last time I will ever go to this McDonalds located at 1805 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte. I asked for vanilla ice cream in a cup. They told me they wouldn’t give me that and I had to order a plain vanilla sundae. They charged me $2.79 for 1/2 cup of ice cream. I have ordered vanilla ice cream in a cup at other McDonalds and they never made me pay for a sundae and then hand me a small cup with hardly anything in it. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principal and the total rip off.

Mobile ordered so they have an exact order to follow listed with what I want. Somehow they messed up every part of the order and when I pulled back around the drive through to tell the attendant they told me " can you come inside so we can fix it better"....what?.... at the window i was met with someone who acted as though they didnt belive me and requested the food back saying "we waste it".... what does that even mean? Are you trying to say i did something g wrong by asking for my order to be correct?.... then met over t minutes later with my correct order snd she said "here". No sorry, no our mistake, no sympathy of any type or compensation for having turned a supposed 5 minute fast food stop into 30 minutes of rude employees. What happened to this place?
- ARAiron RiddleMar 8, 20263.0They usually rush things out and don’t double check your orders so if you order from this location. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER. They usually confuse hot Drinks like the Standard Caramel Macchiato and make it Cold instead when it doesn’t say ICED even in your OWN SYSTEM, they usually mess up simple things like sauces like Mayo and Ketchup or Onions and Pickles and keep them on even when you take them off so it’s still decent food by McDonald standards but there current person bagging the food is doing a mid job.
