The burger itself was pretty good. The fries were extremely greasy and way too salty, and the whole meal was extremely expensive. Also, I don’t like when they ask for a tip in a fast food place where you get no service.

Got my food from this place yesterday started eating my burger realized it was not cooked. I got 4 burgers 2 orders of fries and 2 milkshakes for me and my kids. As you can expect my kids did not want to eat the burgers after they seen mine. I cut each of them in half and two of the burgers were cooked and one child's was not. I also have the taste buds of a child and didn't want my burger. Called in spoke to someone they said come by tomorrow well remake the food for you. I said great. Tomorrow came and they said they didn't say that. Not sure why Id make that up but after showing photos of the burger below they decided to make my food again. They agreed to make the two burgers, said I would have to pay for the fries cool whatever but did expect fries to be thrown in considering I went 20 minutes out of my way to pick up food they messed up in the first place. Basically to sum this up the GM had attitude and i don't know if he thought I was trying to scam him for a 10.00 burger or what? but needs an attitude adjustment for sure. Like I showed you photos of the burger showed a transaction on my bank I was there and spent 80 bucks the day prior and even gave you my order number. Why the attitude. My thought is he probably feels like he got some power in the store and is usually on a power trip and all the employees probably don't like him. Just an educated guess though. So id go to a different 5 guys there is one up the road go to that one instead. Have a better experience than I did.
