Got our order wrong and we asked for carryout and they put everything on trays. If I could give 0 I would. I had forgotten to update my review with images, but I had found a hair in my frosty. I called and was promptly ignored. I recall not seeing anyone with hairnets so it could have been anyone but this seems like beard hair and there was a colored gentleman working there with a decent beard.
