When I requested ketchup, the server simply nodded without speaking. After an awkward minute of silence, she finally clarified that they were out. A non-verbal response to a request is confusing and unacceptable in customer service. The lack of attentiveness and poor communication made for a genuinely bad experience both times.

At the end of ordering they asked if I wanted to add a cookie for 99 cents. I said yes, add it to the second order. After I was done paying I noticed they added it to the first order. I asked if I could be refunded and it re rang up and he told me no, it was “just 99 cents.” I let it go. Then he hands me the first bag. I asked for 6 ketchups on the first order and the bag had none. Then he gave me my second bag and my drinks. He tells me have a good day… I start to pull away and realize he never gave me my frosty. Then I get back to work (literally a 3 minute drive if that) and my coworker and I go to eat our food. Our fries are cold and old. It was just an overall bad experience.
