    I went to this wendy’s today around 1 pm and the service was not how it’s supposed to be. When I got my food, the nuggets tasted old and the chili made my stomach turn. Do not recommend!!!!! The place isn’t sanitary either, seems dirty.

    I ordered from uber eats last night. The food came quick but the food was so old and cold we couldnt even eat it!! So we wasted almost 30 dollars.

    During my most recent visit, the issues were particularly frustrating. First, I explicitly ordered unsweetened iced tea but was served sweet tea. When I requested ketchup, the server simply nodded without speaking. After an awkward minute of silence, she finally clarified that they were out. A non-verbal response to a request is confusing and unacceptable in customer service. The lack of attentiveness and poor communication made for a genuinely bad experience both times.

    They screwed up my order in three different ways. I came through the drive-through with two separate orders. At the end of ordering they asked if I wanted to add a cookie for 99 cents. I said yes, add it to the second order. After I was done paying I noticed they added it to the first order. I asked if I could be refunded and it re rang up and he told me no, it was “just 99 cents.” I let it go. Then he hands me the first bag. I asked for 6 ketchups on the first order and the bag had none. Then he gave me my second bag and my drinks. He tells me have a good day… I start to pull away and realize he never gave me my frosty. Then I get back to work (literally a 3 minute drive if that) and my coworker and I go to eat our food. Our fries are cold and old. It was just an overall bad experience.
