    Behind the counter was absolutely trashed. Trash and fod on the floor all over the place. Also waited 20 minutes when there wasn't a line.

    This location on this day, at this hour is terribly managed. Friday, December 12, 2025 5:00pm. Only the drive thru were consistently being served. The front counter with customers, was vacant of any employee. Once the manager saw there was a front counter patron, she said the drive thru cashier was busy. Manager talking to employee while manager continued to make product. The employee just talked. The other employees worked tirelessly to serve the drive thru customers. Every table were unclean. Clearly a failing of the talkative manager. With bankruptcies in every corner of the fast food industry, this one is on the slippery slope.

    This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Ordered Instacart, and I got two completely wrong drinks, and one had a piece of lettuce in it and the other pieces of cheese!! How can you serve that to people!!??
