  When I first walked up to the counter, 2 brunette girls, both white, one kinda skinny, one kinda heavy, both had their hair up in buns. Neither bothered to take my order as the other blond girl was busy at the window, but they did just stare at me and give me dirty looks. If that’s the way customers get treated there by staff then I highly recommend management do something about that. Highly unprofessional. The name on my receipt was Jacalyn H.

  Customer service is everything! While trying to order my food, to whoever was speaking through the intercom was beyond rude, had no patience with customer. This is not the first time it’s happened at this same location.

  Tonight we ordered 4 bean burritos x onion add beef at the drive thru. Had to repeat the order 3 times. At the window (no one behind us) we wanted to add an additional item. We were told no because she already rang it in because she was the only person working the window but we could go back through the drive thru. Sad service and we go here a lot. Hummmm.

  Order door dash took them thirty minutes to prepare. I don’t even live a mile down the road and it was cold when it arrived

  The food was good. Employees were rude. Not all of them, but if I worked there I wouldn't let the managers treat other people the way they did
