- DGDJ_ G-Rod (DJ_ G-Rod)Aug 1, 20251.0I got the #11 Sandwich Only - The Subway Club Sub (footlong). On the Menu Board (purchace was 7/31), the footlong was $12.49. I was charged $13.99. FALSE ADVERTISING, SUBWAY. The younger girl was unaware of the price change, and offered to get a manager for the refund, but coun't wait due to a time restraint. The food: Bland, DEFINITELY not Boar's Head quality. The backside of the bread on the sub was white and pasty. Not appetizing. The family behind in line me saw the price scam, and the Mom stated "This is B.S.". They left. Save yourself $4.00 and get a sandwich you'll enjoy at Publix. Better quality meats and cheese, plus generous toppings and a genuine "customer service" type of vibe. Seriously. I'm not coming back for that price ($14 for a sub only!) in the future. Attached are 3 photos: *the pasty white raw underside of the bun *the RECEIPT (look at the price) * the menu board, look for yourself #11.

There weren't many customers at the location and it's always curious to just be polite to a customer. Hoping the location gets better staff. Miss the old staff
- RFR & L ForeverSep 2, 20235.0Crystal was exceptional. Every time I go to this location she always has a smile on her face. She is super friendly. She has great customer service skills. I actually make my way to come to this location because of her she deserves more than five stars!! Thank you Crystal for being so wonderful and making our subs perfect every time!! Kiddos to you!
