  Restaurant was dirty and smelled. Dishes piled up and drink station had drinks spilled. Homeless man sleeping inside.

  Disgusting service!!!! Just throw food in bag dont even wrap the bagels!! NO FOOD COMPANY DOES THIS NEVER AGAIN!! ABSURD WASTED 30 MINUTES FOR ONE THING AND RUDE FEMALE EMPLOYEE WITH GLASSES JUST TO THROW MY BAGEL IN BAG AND NOT EVEN PUT THE BUTTER ON THE BAGEL!

  Ordered 2 sandwiches and both were wrong. No bread with our soups. Yet we paid so much! Small portions, missing food, messed up orders. Last time I will be here.

  I had taken a friend up to Port Charlotte to get his two dogs fixed and while we were waiting for them to be done we stopped in and had breakfast at Panera Bread.

  We ordered some good and I got bacon/ Mac and cheese and unfortunately the Mac didn't have any bacon. I spoke to Scottie on the phone and he realized the mistake and knew it was late since they were closing. He said he would fix this for me ant for me to stop in if I could and he would give me the bacon and refund me for the Mac and cheese. He was really sincere and polite. As a small business owner myself, I know around closing things can get hectic. I just wanted to say thank you Scottie for doing the right thing and making me and my wife a happy customer. We will be back. Customer service is huge, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
