  We had an incredible experience at the Port Charlotte Outback today! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Chauncey, who has a wonderful smile and an even better heart. He went above and beyond, holding doors for my family and making us feel truly welcome—he is way more than just a friendly face; he’s the heart of the place! We were there to celebrate Kai’s 4th birthday, and the staff made it so memorable by bringing out ice cream and singing for him. Our server, Catherine, was fantastic—very attentive and kept everything running smoothly. The food was great, but the service was even better!! 5 stars!

  First ever visit to an Outback and I’m hooked. I had to secretly go get those Sydney mushrooms and eat them in the car on the way home so I didn’t have to share 😂 10/10 will be sneaking more.

  We came on Valentine's Day. And honesty was really surprised at how well our witness took care of us. It was pretty packed but our food came on time. Our food was absolutely amazing and the manager personally came over to double-check and talk with us. Which was such a highlight to our night. Even though I do live in Naples. I have been to many Outbacks and this by far is my absolute favorite. I truly felt like I actually mattered and the manager was incredibly attentive and had a conversation with my husband and my children. Again five stars amazing love it I shall be back as soon as I am back in the area. Thanks again!!! 👏🙌🏻💗💐

  Ordered take out multiple times from and each one has something wrong or missing desert. Ordered dinner on a Saturday night and stated it was our anniversary so as I went to pick up I went thru the order and noticed the dessert wasn’t there. My wife worked for Outback at different locations for 9 years so she is very critical on. Just double check your order when using take out. The price on food tends to increase the amount of attention given on the order .

  Food was good but could have been better. Our steak came out overdone and the shrimp topping was ice cold, as well as our cookie skillet dessert coming out burnt. Our service was also very poor. We came Thursday night on the 5th an hour and a half before close which is plenty of time to eat and leave, but we felt like our presence was a burden to our server and were rushed to get out. They turned the music off in the building at 9:30 despite another customer still being at the bar too. She asked if we wanted our desserts to go for no reason and stood without saying anything looking annoyed while we cashed out. We are all servers and understand the annoyance of a table staying past close but we were out by 9:50 and found this service really unacceptable. She had blonde hair in a braid but we don't know her name.
