The staff here doesn't pay attention to orders, ESPECIALLY COFFEE. I have gotten sick from coffee multiple times in the past couple months due to this. Instead of 5 creams, 10 sugars, they got it backwards and are ok with serving hot MILK Instead of coffee. Staff is rude and not willing to make your order correct. Uber orders are taken and then you are told that "someone already took it" and that "it happens all of the time". Don't waste your time. Choose a different location. One by chick fil a is way better. This place has went SEVERELY downhill over the years.

Bald manager with glasses working 12/29 at 1:25 on window chose for one of the first words to say to me was making fun of my voice when I answered him and ended up crying in front of him lol. I had the worst shift in the morning and recovering from a horrendous cold trying not to faint, and I just really didnt need a grown man asking if my voice always sounded whiny like that. very upsetting, not my personal idea of a "joke"..

I just had the worse experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s or even fast food establishment in general. I came to this location on December 25th at roughly 6pm with my family of 6. An employee called out an order number and I didn’t hear the number that was called out so I politely asked him (an older bald gentleman) what number he said and he replied saying “oh did you forget to ask Santa for a brain?” I replied saying “excuse me? I was just asking if that’s number 35” and he replied saying “oh is that your IQ?”. I figured he’s just miserable he has to work on Christmas and was taking it out on me and my family so we left it alone and went to sit down and eat. He then immediately came up to my family while we were eating and said “want an extra bag for his head so you don’t have to stare at his face?”. Once again, we just ignored him and kept eating and he eventually walked away. Then while I was filling up my drink, he comes right up behind me and starts yelling in my ear “bubbles, bubbles, bubbles”. These comments and actions from this employee are completely unacceptable. My family was nothing but kind and polite to him even after the constant nasty comments and nagging. It made us so uncomfortable we ate as fast as possible and left. To top it off, I found a hair in my food. I don’t think I’ve ever had service this bad anywhere. Avoid this location.

Hello, I’m an Uber Eats driver and I want to report an incident that occurred at your location around 1:00 PM. I encountered a very disrespectful and unprofessional experience with one of your employees. She was a white woman with purple and black box braids, and on this day she was the only person wearing a red shirt, so I believe she may have been a manager.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up an Uber Eats order, no one greeted me. I said “hello” twice before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they said “one moment,” but it was unclear at first, so I stated that I was picking up an order. They repeated “one moment,” so I waited patiently. There were no cars behind me and no customers waiting around the building.
When the employee finally came back to the speaker, they asked how they could help. I explained I was picking up an Uber Eats order. They then asked what type of order it was—DoorDash, Uber Eats, mobile, etc.—and I confirmed it was Uber Eats. I also mentioned I had a quick question about something on the menu.
At this point, the employee became extremely rude. They told me, “There’s no time for questions. You’re delivering for someone, you’re wasting their time. You need to hurry up and deliver the food and come back later if you want to order something.” I told them it was just a simple menu question and that the delivery was on time, but they insisted I was not allowed to ask anything and needed to leave immediately.
After this, I noticed other delivery drivers standing at a side window on the building, so I went there as well. When an employee came to that window and handed me the order, I asked for the name of the person who spoke to me through the drive-thru and whether she was a manager. The employee refused to provide her name. I asked more than five times, and each time he refused, saying he would not “deal with this.” He even threatened to take the order back if I didn’t stop asking for the manager’s name.
This interaction was completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and disrespectful. Even as a delivery driver, I should still be treated with basic courtesy, especially when the drive-thru was empty and I was simply trying to clarify something about the menu.
I wanted to make McDonald’s aware of this situation so it can be addressed.
