Ok, let me start by saying that, for a McDonald's, this one ALWAYS has hot food, fresh fries and everything is made correctly. However, their people are... well, there is just not a customer service bone in the house. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG to make sure all of your food is in there. This is the second time I have been cheated and nothing done. On Thursday night, around 8:30PM, 2/19/26, I ordered a 40 piece family share nugget meal, only comes with 2 large fries. I also ordered a number 9, large with diet. (2 cheeseburger meal). At the window, I received the diet coke. I was then told to go park in spot number 2. I waited a little while for the nuggets... Acceptable. Came in two bags. I am not used to having to dig around in the bags to make sure they got the order right. I got home, and in the one bag was the two 40 piece nugget boxes. In the other was the 3 large fries (two for the family nuggets, and one for the number 9 meal).
No burgers. nowhere in sight. So I called. A person there said they saw the burgers go in the bag, and had in fact put them in there themselves. I told her they were not in there. She then told me her name, (which I forgot! Should have written it down). She never asked my name, and told me to just "Tell them that so-and-so said it was OK". So TONIGHT, Friday the 20th, I went by, bought a 20 piece meal, and a number 2B large, both with diet, and tried to explain my story. Man. They looked at me like I was some kind of criminal. OVER TWO KIDS CHEESEBURGERS. Sad. I couldn't remember girls name, and no one there was listening. Terrible customer service, and lack of management skills. Two plain old cheeseburgers. It's just pure trifling. Plain and simple. It's not even about the raggedy cheeseburgers, honestly. I get food there all the time on the way home from work. But as I said, this is the SECOND time they did this to me, neither time coming clean. First time was an ice cream cone. I called about it, said they would take care of it, then told me at the store that no one "wrote it down" and they were not giving me the cone. I EVEN HAD THE RECEIPTS. Both times! But instead, they want to look at me like I'm trying to get over on them for their cheeseburgers and ice cream cones. Sad. I spent a lot of money there.
Anyway, The key thing here is to TAKE A MINUTE, and DIG through your bag while they look at you like your stupid. Make SURE all your food is in there before you pull away. Either from the window or from their holding spots for overflow. As I said, the food there is always hot, and fresh. But they do NOT pay attention very well to what the order is. And then when you just try to get what you already paid for but didn't get, they will act like you are lying to them and trying to get some free stuff. EVEN if you have the receipts!
BAD customer service. No one is trying to get over for a couple of cheeseburgers or an ice cream cone!
