Either we were told to pull to the side parking space and wait around 20 minutes or there was forgotten food, or food made with the wrong toppings. On my most recent visit I told the manager this and she said “okay?” And I could instantly tell she does not care. Will not be back due to her specific attitude. I have given enough chances and that sealed the deal. Her lack of care shows in the mistakes through the employees.

They do not take customer service nor complaints seriously at all. This last time, there were also two other customers in line at the same time for errors. The supervisor threw her hands up, said she couldnt take it, amd walked out in the middle of everything. Employees cussing and hollering at eachother and customers. Garbage overflowing. Floors dirty. Literal excrement all over the bathrom. No hair nets. No gloves. This place really needs to be shut down. What a horrible waste of time and money.

Very slow, never got a refund ever at another McDonald's in my life. Need a good manager that knows what fast food means. Not one that stays out of sight doing nothing. Went to ""Burger King" to feed our family after the bad experience at McDonald's. Burger king was fast , fresh, and hot. Manager was actually Managing the workers at BK. Dont except cold food when your spending your hard earned money. Just go somewhere else with good involved management!!!
