What a way to win a customer, anger them before winning them over, then dont honor it because and I quote " we are running out of buns and if we do we have to close", how is this my fault? And why does this null the offer for me because of poor planning on your part! We drove 20 minutes out of our way to get your food and you do NOTHING to honor your email! Then we order food any way for you to incorrectly make a hamburger and quickly we show that you did not add our toppings we paid for, you say you will remake, what a joke!!!! You waited on everyone else and 20 more minutes we have to again ask where the burger is! WOW, I ask and you said that the other people were there and our burger was almost ready! It should have been prioritized as first! Nothing like eating a partial meal when you ordered everything to come at once! No offer of anything, just excuses, one after another!! I suggest prepare your business and get better staff! If I could give a ZERO star rating I would!
