  ordered a drink ahead of time, but when I arrived it still wasn’t ready. I waited about 10 minutes and showed the staff my order, but nothing was done. Unfortunately, I had to leave the store without my drink

  Mobile orderof Protein refresher- was ready when I came in. They are delicious plus you get 15G protein also!

  I’ve been a regular at this location for over 2 years now. Shirley is always my favorite part of every visit- she is always so kind & fun. Today, I went in for my normal order but needed some help with a mobile order I placed previously & upon pickup, didn’t have some of the items I ordered so I was told to “come back another day & they’ll get you what you ordered”. I asked for even a refund or credit on my account but was told it wasn’t possible. I’m not one to argue or anything so I told the young man I’d come back another day as he suggested. Today, I explained what happened to Miss Shirley & she was beyond helpful. Her and Ayla were able to put together what I had ordered previously but didn’t get. I’m not one for confrontation so I was scared to even ask or cause an issue but Shirley & Ayla made it a great visit! I will forever recommend this location because of the customer service they provide. Thank you again, ladies!

  I placed my order online and selected walk-in pickup. When I arrived at the store, there were two employees in the back area. One of them briefly came around the corner, saw me standing there, and then walked away without saying a word. I waited at the counter and tried multiple times to make my presence noticeable, but I was still completely ignored. The employees remained in the back, joking and talking to each other, while I stood there waiting with no acknowledgment at all. It’s especially frustrating because I had already placed and paid for my order. Unfortunately, this was my last time ordering from this location.

  When I went through the drive three they were out of so many things. Had to switch my drink option I guess no big deal, get my coffee and it’s literally half filled with foam. My cup felt empty. I also asked to have half the sweetener and this coffee had the full amount of sweetener with half the coffee. Just wasted $5! Not impressed.
