Today, I went in for my normal order but needed some help with a mobile order I placed previously & upon pickup, didn’t have some of the items I ordered so I was told to “come back another day & they’ll get you what you ordered”. I asked for even a refund or credit on my account but was told it wasn’t possible. I’m not one to argue or anything so I told the young man I’d come back another day as he suggested. Today, I explained what happened to Miss Shirley & she was beyond helpful. Her and Ayla were able to put together what I had ordered previously but didn’t get. I’m not one for confrontation so I was scared to even ask or cause an issue but Shirley & Ayla made it a great visit! I will forever recommend this location because of the customer service they provide. Thank you again, ladies!

One of them briefly came around the corner, saw me standing there, and then walked away without saying a word. I waited at the counter and tried multiple times to make my presence noticeable, but I was still completely ignored. The employees remained in the back, joking and talking to each other, while I stood there waiting with no acknowledgment at all. It’s especially frustrating because I had already placed and paid for my order. Unfortunately, this was my last time ordering from this location.

Had to switch my drink option I guess no big deal, get my coffee and it’s literally half filled with foam. My cup felt empty. I also asked to have half the sweetener and this coffee had the full amount of sweetener with half the coffee. Just wasted $5! Not impressed.
