She was openly bitching about me because I took my drink sitting on the counter. When I got up and asked what I did wrong - she said I violated policy. How about offering my drink that is sitting there? And of course the whole team rallied against me because it’s us vs them. Get a different job then- you don’t belong in customer service. And no one apologized, not even the store manager.

So drove the extra 8 minutes one way just so I didn’t have to deal with the wrong order and guess what wrong order again. :( I will never understand how making a everything bagel with extra cream cheese is so hard. It’s like a 1-8 trips right ratio. But lessons learned will now completely check everything before pulling off.
