But not being able to grab my pickup order through the drive through defeats the purpose of having a drive through. This is the most inane company policy I’ve ever heard of. Not sure if it’s just this location or the entire chain, but I will not be buying from Dunkin’ Donuts ever again simply on principle.

The sandwich on the other hand was, as I expected… cold and somewhat hard to bite into as if it were reheated from the day before and sat waiting for some poor schmuck to come along. I decided to eat in my car because I was in a bit of a hurry. However, the parking lot is so small that I got blocked in by a few cars waiting to get out! This is one DD restaurant I will NOT return to.

Worst of all, it was $7 for a medium. The coffee, I got an ice latte, it literally tasted like someone had old coffee from the morning time that was burnt and it was so bitter had no mocha swirl tasted all to it. I've always had this drink several times from other Dunkin' Donuts, and it always tastes good. I got it from this one, it literally left such a bad taste in my mouth I think they just dumped in old coffee or something never again. I hadn't been to Dunkin' Donuts in so long and it Sounded good, but unfortunately, severely disappointed.It's just this one.It seems like in poor Charlotte.It always just tastes terrible.I would avoid if possible and try a different dunkin' donuts
