    The workers are always understaffed but still make sure to bring hot and delicious food each time. I had one issue before and they gave me free pizza to make up for it

    I'm usually very happy with ordering here, but am a little disappointed today. Lat week I ordered an order of 16 piece cinnamon roll bites, yet it wasn't in my order. Ordered today, gf went to pickup order and she told the guy they forgot the Icing on the previous order. His response was 16 piece cinnamon bites don't get a complimentary icing. What kinda crap is that? Like ordering a 4 piece chicken nuggets at McDonald's with zero sauce. My order of 32 Cinnabons did have one icing, but I feel like the dude at the store should have givng my gf an extra icing, especially since the screenshot of Domino's app ordering clearly states that 16 piece cinnamon bites get 1 icing. I'll drive an extra few miles to another Domino's unless I hear back about this. If I had gone to pick the pizzas up at about 4:30 p.m today, Sunday November 16th, 2025 like my gf, I would have called out which ever worker blatantly lied about about 16 piece cinnamon bites not having a complimentary icing included like the screenshot I'm about ready to try and upload attached to this.     Irate. This is the 3rd time being let down, barely had toppings, also... HOW do you make a pizza almost sauceless AND soggy at the same time? I ordered extra sauce and well done. It was RAW inside and had so little sauce, it was basically cheese. Also, they've owed us a 2 ltr of coke we paid for 3 visits ago and NEVER got, even when we called like they said and asked. We have been loyal to this location, but we are so done being disappointed.

    This used to be my favorite location but it has gone downhill I am very disappointed with the quality management needs to do better in control their employees at night because they are not providing good quality my pizza was extremely dry no sauce very soggy I had to put it in my air fryer just to get it to be somewhat decent to eat.

    I usually get a pizza here every other week or atleast once a month.. no more. The last one is so bad I don't even want to eat it. I was worried when the app showed it going into the oven in less than 1 min if prep with 5 toppings. It should take more time than that to make it right. Hardly no sausage or mushrooms on it, flatter than normal and just awful. I'd rather pay $8 more and get a gourmet pizza.
