    So it’s Wednesday, 19 November 2025. I get a cream for a chili dog and I’ve gone here for 4 1/2 years. Pretty uneventful. However, today I did my same routine. WOW, the hotdog is really hot dog the chilies really chilly not some dark whatever and everything is fresh and wonderful. And guess what the fries are better than McDonald’s. Nice job DQ. I’m dropping Mickey D’s and coming to you from now on for everything.

    My daughter had flown into town and we had been shopping. She saw the Dairy Queen and we decided to stop for a treat. There was no dine in area, so we opted to sit outside at one of the tables. My daughter wanted the fish sandwich combo with diet Pepsi. Honey mustard on the fries. I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and a fruit punch for a drink The order arrived, my daughter did not see any honey mustard, and went to the window to inquire. She was told the honey mustard was 32 cents. She declined, then she looked at the receipt and saw honey mustard on our receipt. Come to find out the honey mustard was put on the fish sandwich. I then noticed I did not have my drink. Looked at the receipt and she never entered it in. The servers name was Hannah and she needs to learn to listen. She seemed to be a scatter brain, and does not take the time to listen. I noticed my hot fudge Sunday did not look like your pictures. There was no hot fudge poured across the top of the ice cream. It was only in the bottom of the cup. Very disappointing. I will say, I won’t be returning to this store. It seems they have their own way of operating and it is not like the other DQ’s I have visited. Thank you A very disappointed customer.
