    Today we went to Chipotle to buy some food but we were not told that we were being charged per topping which we had no idea about and we had to pay over 70 dollars for two bowls and two burritos. I'm never going to this Chipotle again and the customer service/care is horrible and they kept forgetting my toppings. Never going here again I'm telling my friends and family that coming here is a mistake.

    Appears under staffed. Long line due to no help. Trash cans over flowing, dirty metal containers behind counter stacked up and food tasted under cooked. Felt like I had food poisoning for 3 days from chicken.

    every visit i make im noticing less & less flavor everyone i go with is saying the same thing. they’re not seasoning the chicken well enough or something. something’s off. also something about the tall nonchalant young lightskin fella with dreads lol bro lacked emotion while taking my order
