  1 time, just one time, I wish they eother paid attention or placed someone at the counter who thoroughly was able to communicate. I do not want to make a post being a brat about someone not being able to speak English. Heck, I would love to be fluent in multiple languages and although I've studied 3 others, I suck at each of those 3. I don't even blame the person put in the position doing the job. I blame the dang manager who isn't intelligent enough not to have people struggling with English handling the food or register. Example: while getting my order I asked for the birthday guacamole to be on the side. Instead the person said okay and then put queso on my food. (I don't hate questions, im just being petty but I didn't want it, I wanted guacamole). I explained this (politely) and the person's said yes (si) and then moved more order forward. I said okay I will figure it out at the register. I then offered to not worry about changing it and offered the guacamole coupon (which i didn't get) can just cover the question that I didn't want. Instead, I was charged for both (still never getting the guac) while getting an order I didn't aks for. Look, one time, sure. I should just shut up and be chill, it happens. Last time they gave me the wrong protein and I let it go. I asked about a salsa (what is that kind?) And instead of an answer just got it poured on top of my meal. I like Chipotle. I don't like having my food ruined consistently because the manager doesn't know how to properly staff his job.

  This place is a health hazard waiting to happen from the cross contamination on the lines alone.. they need to learn how to clean up their stations this is the second time I've straight up walked out because it just looked too gross to consume...

  Service is horrible. There's almost always 1 person serving and taking cash. I was there today at 12:30 Pm for lunch and they were out of food and one person serving the lunch line. Management needs retraining.

  Came in at 10:15 PM tonight they close at 11 to order a steak bowl not only did I stand there like an idiot for five minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me but when I went to order steak, they told me that they were out and they would not cook it for the rest of the night so whoever’s ordering steak for the next half hour 45 minutes guess you are out of luck! i’ve worked in restaurants for 20 years and if we had product that needed to be cooked, then we cooked it regardless of what time it was. Do better.

  Waited 35 min for our food we ordered online, the app told us our food would be ready at 10:20: we didn’t get our food until 5 min until closing time. when we got home to eat we found food in our hair. Wasn’t able to enjoy two bites of my food until a long brown hair was reveled in my mouth. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with port charlotte chipotle. Unfortunately this won’t change even with a complaint.
