  Our issue is with the charges for every little thing. I got a plate of 4 large raviolis and a small cup of sauce that was only enough for 2 of them. When I asked for sauce for the other two, I was told it’d be a $2 charge. Then we had pizza and asked for honey, that was an additional $4 charge. These things should be part of the meal, enough sauce for the plate and honey is a condiment. Left with a negative feeling towards the place even tho the food was good.

  I gave 4 stars because of past great experiences. Last experience not so great. Ordered the Detroit style pizza which is supposed to have two bright red ribbons of pizza sauce across the top. Our pizza had no pizza sauce across the top. It tasted like dough with cheese on it. Because it was. I told our waitress. She replied that the sauce was under the cheese. So I dug a hole in the pizza to show her there was zero sauce on this pizza. Her response was "I'll put some sauce in your leftover box". That was nice. However I still paid 71$ for cheezy bread and a couple of drinks. Won't be back for a while.

  Don’t know what happened here, but we always go here in the last year. That pizza has really went downhill. The crust is thin and The last three times was burnt To a point of almost ashes. Way too much oil on the top of the pizza. The veal and chicken palm tend to get overcooked and their baked ziti have way too much cheese to a point. You can’t even eat it. I love Bella Napoli, but we probably look for another Italian restaurant as I feel their food has really gone downhill.

  From start to finish, our experience was amazing. Went on a whim with my mom because we received a free coupon, not expecting much, but we were blown out of the park! Food was outstanding. Though, we were questioning the quality of our pizza as it was slightly charred and greasy looking but to our surprise, incredibly savory. As soon as you took a bite you could taste how fresh it was. This place is an innovative spin on contemporary dining. No one in this area, does it better than this pizzeria.

  Went for lunch; husband ordered lasagna and I ordered soup and salad. Salads came out quickly and we waited on the bread . . . and waited. . and waited. We were told, “the chef is preparing it. We were almost done with our entrees and the bread came - two small slices (disappointment 1). The lasagna was horrible - a small mound of meat and noodles in a sea of cheese and nasty sauce (disappointment #2). Waiting on drink refills was frustrating - the waitress was slow to check on us and it wasn’t that busy disappointment #3). Then the bill - $40 for soup & salad and a lunch portion of poor lasagna plus one tea. Overpriced, poor service, underwhelming food.
