  After seeing an ad on TV for the fish sandwich special Arbys was running we decided to visit this location. We moved up here from another part of FL over 2 years ago and have had good luck with several restaurants and fast food venues at exit 170. The first thing I noticed was the interior looked dirty and unkept. When the young female employee finally wondered up to the counter to take my order she didn’t have a clue about any specials. I didn’t press the issue and went next door to Culvers where we have always received great food in a clean environment. There is a reason Culvers had 12 to 14 customers and Arbys had 2 or 3. We won’t be back.

  Food was not cooked fresh as requested. I like my Fish, Fries, and Mozarella Sticks cooked fresh after I order. Had to send food back you be re-made. Employees seemed upset at my request.

  This restaurant is filthy. I'm serious. I'm not a picky person but this location is disgusting. Nothing is stocked. Food literally all over the place. No clean tables. No condiments and what there is...is all over the counter. Not stocked. Employees sitting around on phones. The Manager is sitting in a chair looking down at the ground on his phone. There's no making this up. Smh at the incompetence and lack of caring. Ugh

  Gosh I used to like Arby's, I really did. What it is today is another story. To me, its the most fasely advertising fast food joint in the game. The photos they show you versus the crap you get is insane. This Italian beef they're bragging about is so void of meat that the bread sits FLAT on itself. The employees are nice, but they cannot make up for the crap food and terrible portions for the size. They even advertise this Meat and 3 box thing as a cool deal with 3 sides, as if its their competitive option versus those 4 and 5 dollar McDonald's and Wendy's meals. Uou have to check the small print to find put youre not getting 3 sides, but three tiny miniature versions of sides. It just sucks. Its hard to argue the quality of the food is that much better when there is nothing to eat.
