Donuts at this location and I must say it is sad. situation, I had placed an order for a frozen mocha coffee and a few other things, the mocha frozen coffee was so watery that it wasn't even frozen. You could literally move the cup back-and-forth. It was liquefied when I went back inside and I asked the girl behind the cash registers if she could remake or add ice she said she could not take it back so I threw it away so the girl behind the register asked Tiffany, is her name if she could remake it Tiffany looked at the cup and stood there, staring at it. Did not say 2 words to me proceeded to turn round and make another coffee, and then when she was done, she put it on top of the counter, still not saying 2 words to me. As I grabbed a coffee and I'm walking out, she screams across the room. Thank you. Have a good day. I don't believe that she should be working at dunkin'.Donuts, this is not the first time she's had attitude with me and orher people i don't know how management and the owners of dunkin'.Donuts have her there She's very rude and impolite and very unprofessional

But not being able to grab my pickup order through the drive through defeats the purpose of having a drive through. This is the most inane company policy I’ve ever heard of. Not sure if it’s just this location or the entire chain, but I will not be buying from Dunkin’ Donuts ever again simply on principle.
