Their food even for fast food standards is beyond low, always cold and dried out. Wendys corporations is talking about closing 350 stores nationwide, hopefully this is one of them and we get a chik fila.

I ordered on the app and came to pick up my food. I upgraded my fries to be a medium but they gave me a small with about 10 fries in the container. Not only did I pay for the food I didn’t get, I also have to take insulin for everything I intend to eat which I did while waiting in line. The lady was rude when I came back and walked inside to get what I paid for. Just double check your food before you leave and don’t expect anyone to be nice and you’ll be okay. :)
