One had chicken when it had been requested that there wasn’t any. Couldn’t even eat it and there’s no point in going back and asking for another because it always takes forever. Will never be coming back and recommend anyone else does the same.

I insisted, but they again declined, explaining that they he was Vincenzo. He was simply appreciative to have our business, and wanted to thank us in person. Since then they have catered events for us with awesome food (pizza pasta, vegetarian and even gluten-free). Its worth sharing that this is a family-owned and run business, and you will often see Vincenzo, Elaine, and the kids all working together.

Our server brought us dirty plates with visible food residue still on them. When we pointed it out, she took the plates away, wiped them off, and brought back the exact same plates. Not only is that completely unacceptable, but she didn’t even apologize. This is a serious sanitation issue and shows a total lack of professionalism. I have never experienced service this bad anywhere in the world. It was shocking. To make matters worse, the pizza was burnt. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating visit. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and we will definitely not be coming back.
