They told me they’ll fix it, and a minute later they gave me back my drink, but it turns out they just put the iced latte into a blender and blended it, and called it a cappuccino. When I got my drink back, I knew they just blended it, but I didn’t say anything so I don’t cause a hassle. But this is terrible service! Where’s the manager? This is lazy work.

I ordered a drink and the person said “we aren’t doing that anymore”. I asked why the sign was out right next to the drive thru. They just replied we arent doing it.
