  I stop by here every other day after school when my mom picks me up, and it’s easily my favorite after-school treat. I usually order the Bahama Mama bowl or smoothie along with a quesadilla—always delicious! The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Alysha makes the best smoothies :)

  The food was good—well prepared and tasty. The girl at the register provided excellent service: she was attentive, polite, and handled our order with care. On the other hand, another employee left a very negative impression. She was sitting in the back, on her phone with the volume up and a closed-off attitude, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the experience could have been much better if the service had been consistent across the staff.

  Advanced ordered two smoothies and when I arrived, they were not ready. If that was the worst part of this order, I wouldn’t be writing this review. The two women working there were unfriendly and incompetent. They remade my smoothies three times. Apparently they were having a problem with the blender. When I kindly said, “It looks like you’re struggling why don’t you just give me a refund, the manager didn’t know how to. Four times a charm. 20 mins they finally got them made. Tropical smoothie has been one of my favorite establishments for years. I will not be going back to this one.

  I am writing to share my disappointing experience at this location that occurred on the date of this review. Despite three staff members being present, I was not acknowledged or greeted during my visit, even by the employee stationed directly at the register in front of me. I waited for several minutes, but since no one spoke to me or indicated they would be with me shortly, I eventually left without ordering. I value the brand, but the lack of basic communication and customer service on this shift was a significant deterrent. I won't be visiting this location anytime in the near future.
