  First time being to this TopGolf Location and although I suck at golf, I will gladly come bsck here just for Hadley's outstanding service and hospitality. He made me feel at home and like a friend! Hadley is a natural and provides wonderful service and personality always! Thank you Hadley! Top golf executives, please extend gratitude to him !

  The service here is horrible Wait time is ridiculous for food and drinks that was mediocre Security gave issue over us bringing in WATER when my wife wasn’t feeling well Servers never come to check on group To spend and not get good service and get attitude is not okay

  This was our second time here and had just as much fun as the first! We came to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday and we had Kim as our server and she couldn’t have made our experience any more perfect. She was on top of everything and even brought out a little birthday surprise at the end with singing and dessert 😄 Will definitely be back again and again!

  Great experience. Top Golf has always been my go-to spot for family fun whenever we're brainstorming places. The food is great, relatively cheap, big portions, however the pizza is more of a flatbread. Staff is super friendly and checks up on you frequently. Music is lively, people are generally friendly, however it can get hot without fans being specific to your bay or being strong, hence the 4 for atmosphere. Overall a 9.8/10 experience, I came out sweating though. Love Top Golf.

  Really disappointing experience at Topgolf Pompano Beach. My sister and I each bought a Groupon for an hour of gameplay, and the whole thing turned into way more of a hassle than it should have been. The instructions are confusing, and when you try to book online it makes you pay a $15 deposit even though you already paid. I even called ahead to ask about it, but there’s no real person to talk to, just an AI assistant, which told me to pay it and deal with it when we got there. When we checked in, the manager at the front desk was rude and talked to us like we did something wrong. When we told him we called first to try to figure out how to book the Groupon deal and talked to the assistant AI, he actually said, “that’s your first problem, you used AI,” which made no sense because that was the only option, we wanted to talk to a real person when we called, we had no choice. Upstairs wasn’t any better. The manager there got annoyed the second we mentioned Groupon and kept acting like he was doing us a favor by letting us play even though we already paid. We kept trying to explain what happened, and he just wouldn’t listen at all and all he kept saying to us "I am listening to you" because we kept saying "please, please can you just let us explain and listen to us" but he absolutely WAS NOT listening to us, it was one of the most frustrating experiences ever. At one point we were so uncomfortable we almost left. The only good part was Corrina, the assistant manager. She was kind, actually listened, and explained everything the way someone should have from the beginning. We came to have a fun day but instead the managers made us feel like we were a problem because we purchased a Groupon that was offered for their location and the Groupon instructions and booking were so confusing and all we wanted was to explain to them what happened. We will never go to that location again, it was awful to be treated in such a way that they thought we were trying to take advantage of the deal from Groupon. We weren't, we just wanted to have a fun day. We ordered food and drinks too, we didn't go there just to use a Groupon deal. Stay clear of this location!!!
