  I visited this Taco Bell around 12:20 AM and unfortunately had a very poor experience. From the moment I began ordering, the employee taking my order seemed very inattentive and slow to respond. I had to repeat my order multiple times, which already made the interaction frustrating. I ordered a #1 and asked to substitute beef instead of chicken. I was charged for the change, but my order was still made incorrectly. I also asked for fries and was again charged extra, yet the overall order was not handled properly. My family and I were on the road and just needed something quick to eat, so this was really disappointing—especially since I chose to bring them here. The entire interaction made me feel like we were a burden rather than customers. There was very little sense of care or attentiveness, and it honestly felt like our business was not wanted. I hope this location can work on customer service and attentiveness, because this experience did not reflect well at all.

  They are LOUSY with a capital L. Wehad tacos with less than an index finger of meat and cheese that apoeared as if my accudent. When I objected they said to write to corporate as they all communicated in Creole ignoring me. I did just that and had there manager call me and soend 20 minutes telling me that Taco Nell has financial problems and that corporate policy is that cheese cannit exceed the dianeter of an index finger. She said she would send me 3 gift coupons of 5 dollars each. Two weeks later I received one for $5 with a card that said we messed up so I guess to have those printed this must be frequent. This is the third Taco Bell where we did notbreceive properly done food, got attitude from a manager and creole speaking staff, and got a worthless call after complaining to corporate. I sent a tip to ICE to investigate Taco Bell in South Florida..
