  alot of times i come to this location and the customer service is lackluster. however the lady working drive thru 04/06/2026 around 11:25am is completely rude and short. its standard to not just “welcome to pollo” but welcome to pollo , can i take your order , or give me a second. please update your employees on greetings and sounding pleasurable. my first 2 drink choices were unavailable and i received very short bland rude tone answers about that. i love pollo’s food but i do not love nasty attitudes with my good food.

  Anytime I'm in Florida, I order from this place. I ate there two days in a row, party of five no objection to the repeat dinner plans

  Terrible service. We ordered yellow rice but were given white; we ordered a TropiChop but received something else entirely. The employees had bad attitudes, and the customer service was poor.

  I ordered some items, but my order was incomplete. I received only half a piece of chicken, beans, and some items that seemed already partially used. Very disappointed, and I hope they improve their quality and order accuracy.

  This place is awful. I waited almost 30 minutes until I decided to ask for a refund. My whole family was done eating and my food was not ready. The hygiene is terrible. They wear gloves but they wipe their hands everywhere. Disgusting! The manager could care less, he didn’t even look at me on my face or asked why I wanted my refund. District leadership should pay attention to this staff.
