First their outside drive thru screen has been broken for months so when you order your at risk that they even got the order right. Secondly, the order taker doesn’t have to say “is that all” after each item. Perhaps they should be trained did you want that as a combo or a dry with that. Third, even asking them to verify the items for my order. I was missing the chicken. I don’t even know if I was charged because I didn’t get a receipt nor was there cheese and onions in the chili. Wendy’s used to take pride in their food quality and order accuracy but this store is by far the worst.
