- SCsomer castellonJul 11, 20251.0I have gone here before but only in the afternoon and they were all super lovely today I came in the morning at around 7:20AM , I’m partially deaf (this is important) I went through the drive through and all I could hear was ma’am once and a clicking sound so I went to the windows one said to go to the 2nd window I did just that when the young lady came out it was with a horrible attitude I waived before she opened the door and when she did I said sorry I couldn’t hear you are you open she nodded with a frown and I was like ok she said something I couldn’t hear again because I’m partially deaf and then she said with her hand making movements what do you want I just looked at her smiled and was like it’s ok thanks and left she was super dismissive and rude I felt so embarrassed for trying to get food it’s ridiculous this girl couldn’t be any older then me I’m 20 but if you don’t feel like you want to work then don’t there is no need to bring a attitude to a customer I was friendly I smiled and I told her I couldn’t hear her which makes this whole interaction even worse!

My 3 daughters were excited to redeem their Wendy’s Book Club reward certificates for free nuggets and a Frosty, which they earned through their local library. The vouchers clearly state no purchase necessary — but the staff refused to honor them, saying the store manager now requires a purchase. My girls were embarrassed and turned away. This completely defeats the purpose of the Book Club. A total failure in customer service and community support. Do better, Wendy’s.
