  I just had my first experience at a Top Golf. I live in CA but was in FL to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We had the best time and a lot of that was due to our host / server Hadley. He had that magic charm that is so rare these days. Hospitality at its best. Attentive yet not hovering, and a smile that makes you feel good even when you are missing your shot. Highly recommend and be sure to ask for Hadley if he is in that day.

  I’ve been to this location before and had a great time however our server Tavares ignored us the whole time, barely talked to us, didn’t refill our drinks until we asked and a different gentleman came an hour later with drinks. He made it confusing for us to pay said he could split our checks and did not. Overall terrible service. Love topgolf, the food, and atmosphere but the service needs to be worked on.

  Newer golfer, considering what I spend on the driving range, wanted to give Top Golf a try. While it's not the same as a driving range with quality balls, it's not bad and a LOT of fun. Nick explained the different membership options, gave me some time hitting balls and experiencing the different game modes. All in all, I think Top Golf will help my game. Of course, you have to spend time putting, chipping and pitching on some actual ranges, but it's a nice change of pace. Joined for 6 months, $70 bucks a month for unlimited weekday play is a bargain.

  I’ve been to a couple of Top Golf’s and this one has to be the best experience yet! The highlight had to be the service and friendliness of the staff. Our waiter, Alejandro, was friendly, attentive, and overall provided great service. Multiple other staff members also checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our experience. We also went on a Wednesday and got to enjoy 1/2 price! We also got their Smokehouse Burger, All American Burger, and Spicy Chicken Sandwich. All of which were great and higher quality than we were expecting. Fantastic experience overall!

  It’s unfortunate that our night was cut unexpectedly short. We checked in for a bay as a walk-in around 7 PM on Saturday November 1. We received a text message to go up to Bay 224 which we did right away and got our night started. We ordered food, some beverages and we asked if we wanted to extend our time after 45 minutes which we expressed that we did. The server was having some issues with the computer system and went to grab a manager. The manager came over and said, unfortunately, there are bays that are reserved so our time is being cut short with no options to stay even when we asked if we could move to a different bay. Upon closing out our check and exiting the facility, we noticed that they were a minimum of 10 open bays on the second floor where we were located for our time. It’s unfortunate because we would’ve extended by at least another hour and ordered additional food. At $66 an hour it’s funny that business is being turned down… Especially with so many businesses struggling to survive. It’s a good thing. That drive shack is just as close as Topgolf.
