When I walked in the cashier (a young lady) was actually helping an older couple order on the screen. I also noticed the prep/bagger guy nicely placed all my food in the bag. Usually placed just throw it in there. So not sure why all the bad reviews. I think sometimes a little more grace needs to be given because we all have bad days. Thanks I enjoyed my strawberry freeze as well.
- UQUnbothered QueenDec 9, 20251.0I normally always come to this toco bell but I don’t believe I will come back because for one I came for one thing an one thing only I pulled in drive through an asked for a breakfast sausage crunch wrap but yet I got a grand toast sausage burrito that I didn’t ask for so I proceed to pull back to the window Jason Deon was the cashier I asked him was this a breakfast Crunchwrap because it sure didn’t look like it anyhow I let him know know that this wasn’t what I asked for… can I get the breakfast sausage crunch wrap so the other guy came from the back with a nasty lil attitude talking bout he asked u if everything was correct on the screen right….which I don’t recall him asking but cool no biggie all he had to do was fix my order no apologie no nothing at least …..just insist on telling me that was what I ordered the customer service is trash. An not sure if he was the manger but honey he needs to adjust hisself
