I am so disgusted I can’t even understand how something like this happens. Was initially disappointed the moment I saw it because the employee told me the tostones came with beef and I get home and see there’s a mountain of pork that I can not eat. I asked him to make sure please and he assured me it was beef… so I took the pork off and decided to eat the tostones alone. I ate a whole one. then upon further inspection I SEE A HALF BITTEN ONE. What is going on inside this restaurant?! Been going to pollo tropical since I was a little girl but I’m thinking this will be my last meal here. And on top of everything I can’t get my money back because I wasn’t given a receipt and they can’t “see my order number” what a joke of customer service. Done!!!
