When the food arrives hours late or in terrible condition, they blame the other company and do nothing to help. The people who work here are nice, but the structure of their company seems to make them helpless to do anything useful when a problem arises. The absurd irony is that their on-hold recording talks about how they produce the "perfect pizza ever time" when that is the opposite of reality. Never again for me.

Called to have them correct it only to be hung up on twice. They sent another pizza that was still not correct and when we called you let them know they treated us like we did something wrong. Eventually spike with the manager Cody to refund our money.
