  Great customer service! If you are an AARP member, they offer a 10% discount. There is also a loyalty program, so be sure to download the app. The staff at this location go out of their way to make you feel special. This restaurant is highly recommended!

  We have always had an excellent experience at the Pompano Outback - until last night!! We went with a large group (12) - and were seated right away. We had the same Server last night as we did on our precious visit(s). Last night - it was a mess. Our drink orders arrived at different times - one drink was completely wrong (Old Fashioned). One drink arrived just as the soups and salads were served. One person never received her soup - even though it was the same soup that was ordered by several other people at our table. The Staff was very nice and friendly - but efficiency was way off last night.

  Horrible two hours waiting for a soup and salad, received my burger and still never received soup or salad, which I originally went there for. Then at the end you try to offer a coupon , no thanks never going there again , if you guys can’t prepare the most simplest thing on the menu ,Shame on you.

  I ordered the steak salad. I told the server that it was extremely chewy and I couldn’t eat it and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to outback the hype is just not all it’s cracked up to me and I didn’t ask for a refund I didn’t ask. She never even asked if I wanted something else in place of it like I said, drugged her shoulders and walked away.

  We usually don't give bad reviews, but this experience was so disappointing, we felt we had to save someone else from wasting their time and money. Do not recommend and we won't be returning. Very disappointing experience. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant yet it took awhile for the server to not only greet us, but to serve us period. Food took over a half hour to get to us. Nice server, but just very slow and lack of care with the service, which also goes for the bus girl too. Dishes were literally piled up on our table from salads and apps, and we had to ask for them to be taken away to make room for dinner. Dinner was mediocre at best. The steak was cooked nicely, but it was so spicy (some type of rub, but waaayyy too much) for all of us that it wasn't an enjoyable dining experience whatsoever. Wasted money. Wedge salad was good though, and the bread. That's about it. Everything else was greasy and blah. Kids burger was the saddest burger we've ever seen. My kid will eat anything, but they only ate half the burger (which was about 2 bites worth, it was so underwhelming). This was such a disappointing experience, we won't be returning to Outback again. Now I know why the place was so empty.
