- SLScratch Long1 day ago1.0This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The employee at the first window clearly needs additional training. There was no greeting, just “what do you want.” The service was extremely poor and came across as rude. I was not asked whether I was using the mobile app, which is usually standard. When I reached the second window, I was told to pull up near the door and that my food would be brought out. I waited over 10 minutes after waiting 8 minutes in the driver-thru before receiving my order. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and this is by far the worst McDonald’s location I’ve visited.

Finally went inside and received my order 12 minutes later. 32 minutes for 6 nuggets and two McDoubles with only the meat and cheese to which they added the condiments on which was specifically requested no condiments. Can you please start hiring people who can at least tie their own shoes, recite the alphabet, and count to ten.

Your address should read 320 nw 24th ST NOT (CT) court, Pompano beach fl 33064 The staff has been wonderful helping but your site still shows the the wrong address This is a safety issue.
