  Couldnt pick up either of my doordash orders, they treat delivery customers like trash, no they just ignore smh having a get together in the lobby smh whos the manager

  This MacDonald's would make Ray Kroc and /or the MacDonald's Bros proud It's got that relaxed atmosphere for customers-but underlying ultra smooth operations that insulates the customers from being ignored even during peak periods Result : they attain the high volume flow smoothly but not by making the customers pay the price of poor service Other establishments lol can handle high volume but customers suffer or pay the price by being ignored, waiting to make up for operational flaws Kudos to the patient and hardworking staff and management /Manager

  I had an extremely upsetting experience at this location. The cashier, Alerixa, repeatedly called me “an asshole” and used profanity in front of other customers and staff. This occurred after I placed an online order and waited inside when the drive-thru was temporarily closed. The manager, Charemka, acknowledged the behavior was wrong but did not stop it or remove the employee, while other staff laughed. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer treatment. ……….UPDATE……..UPDATE………UPDATE…… I was verbally cursed at by a cashier after politely asking about my delayed order, in front of other customers & staff. The manager acknowledged the behavior was unwarranted, tonight I went to pickup my order and see the employee is still working there, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable returning. It sends the message that disrespect toward paying customers is acceptable, especially when management knows complaints won’t truly impact business. I won’t spend my hard-earned money at this location again.

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The employee at the first window clearly needs additional training. There was no greeting, just “what do you want.” The service was extremely poor and came across as rude. I was not asked whether I was using the mobile app, which is usually standard. When I reached the second window, I was told to pull up near the door and that my food would be brought out. I waited over 10 minutes after waiting 8 minutes in the driver-thru before receiving my order. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and this is by far the worst McDonald’s location I’ve visited.
