Order in stores and you’ll be waiting a long time. The employees seem to be tired, uninterested, and lack of communication skills. Dunkin should be pleasant and convenient. This particular establishment would make a customer not want to shop there. For an establishment to have a fully ethnic staff, they have to do better. Hire more people and be more welcoming.
