  Customer service is terrible. Walk in as a customer and you’re not greeted, just ignored. Order ahead and your order will still be incorrect. Order in stores and you’ll be waiting a long time. The employees seem to be tired, uninterested, and lack of communication skills. Dunkin should be pleasant and convenient. This particular establishment would make a customer not want to shop there. For an establishment to have a fully ethnic staff, they have to do better. Hire more people and be more welcoming.

  Everytime I go to this Dunkin, they ask me to back up after paying. This is very annoying. Stop asking people to reverse from the window.

  This place is horrible the manager treats the employees with no respect she screams at them in front of the customers embarrass them and she doesn't care who's in the store I have witnessed this several times. I wouldn't go to this store they need a new manager if not they will keep loosing customers

  Honesty is non-existent in this place. I have an allergy to some types of meat, and the order I requested was completely opposite to what I expected. When I saw that, I asked them to change the order, but what happened to me was a mockery of the minds, as the employee pretended that he had prepared a new order and returned the same order to me. I hope that the managers will communicate with me to avoid escalating the matter.
