I was handed an ice coffee, I told the lady that I didn’t ordered coffee and I usually paid $9 and change. Brandy the drive through employee told me it’s $11 I nicely told her that I usually paid $9$ OMG Brandy started immediately insulting me I was like whoa..😳 I don’t want to fight I just want get what I ordered. She replied the only thing you’re gonna get is your refund. I was in disbelief. She said a bunch of nasty nasty things to me over and order she took wong!! Unbelievable!
