  I've given this dunkin multiple chances....just to be disappointed every single time. First time I ordered coffee from here i ordered the same thing I always do. An iced coffee with a vanilla SHOT, caramel swirl, and an espresso shot. I highlighted the vanilla shot specifically because if anyone knows the flavor shots at dunkin are NOT sweet; they are just the flavor. The last two times I ordered my coffee I was given this nasty sweet vanilla Chai shot or something like that. The first time I was like ok maybe the cashier didn't understand, but the second time I specifically said that I wanted an UNSWEETENED vanilla shot, and she still instructed her employee to put the same nasty vanilla swirl in my drink. Needless to say I threw it away and got another, correctly made one down the street. I figured I give them another chance, no coffee order since they can't get that right. I ordered two items: avocado toast with bacon and loaded hash browns. As the cashier was checking me out I realized that their register said "chipotle" loaded hash, which I didn't want. I wanted the regular queso, which I was told was unavailable and they only had chipotle. I found that weird as the chipotle loaded hash was discontinued (I wasn't able to order it on the app), so why would they still have it and not the regular queso? No worries. I canceled that order and just got the avocado toast. I don't know how you can mess up something as simple as avocado toast, but they did. Not only did they use strips of bacon (they're supposed to use crumbles) , but the bacon was undercooked. It was impossible to bite through and was very chewy. But the nail on the coffin was the plastic piece I bit into when I tried to bite on the toast....at first i though this was just another inedible piece of bacon, until it dug into my tooth and caused pain. This is unacceptable. I'm glad I was the one who ended up getting it, as this could've easily been a choking hazard for anyone else. I will never come back to this dunkin again. If you want your food actually made right without choking hazards go to the one further south on powerline.

  The restrooms were locked the reason was that they locked both keys in the bathroom sounded very stupid, I also ordered avocado toast and they gave me it without bacon and they declined to add bacon on it. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to

  The place is dirty. Employees are not friendly and do not acknowledge you. They are busy playing around with eachother. Burning food. Giving coffee that was not what ordered. Worst place I've ever been to. Will not go back to this store. Will be telling all my friends and family not to go to this store.

  Showed up at 6:55pm & needed a coffee for my road trip. They wouldn’t let me in cuz the close at 7pm
