My mobile app said my delivery was complete but I had not received a pizza so I called the store. They informed it was not complete and my driver was on the way, then when he arrived he didn’t not even make an attempt to read building numbers as I watched him park and immediately pull out and leave. I tried to run down but he was gone to fast so I called again and told them so they called him and a few minutes later I watched him return with his window down and on the phone. I tried calling out to him but he pulled away once again so I ran after him and chased him down the street until he stopped in the pouring rain because I had been waiting on this food for over an hour at this point. I shouldn’t have to get myself soaked head to toe just to receive my food. A delivery driver who can read simple building numbers should not be that hard to acquire and the app definitely should not be telling me my order was complete 20 whole minutes before it even arrived at my address. So now I have cold half wet food, absolutely ridiculous.
