    I called multiple times to cancel an order because my fiancée had already brought pizza home. I was calling before the order was made to let the store know it needed to be canceled. Instead of assisting, the employee answered the phone and immediately hung up. When I called back, she continued answering the phone, walking away without speaking, and then hanging up even after clearly hearing me say “hello.” When calling Domino’s, it states that calls are recorded, so I sincerely hope management reviews those calls. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially for an issue that could have been resolved in seconds.

    Seriously if this was once or twice I'd laugh it off but this is almost everytime. All jokes aside a 5 year old can do a better job than this. The quality control at this store is horrendous.

    They are incompetent and cant follow a simple order let alone barely speak English. Ordered 2 pizzas with both being wrong called in to see if things could be resolved and was met with "it's not our problem" answer what a disgrace
