Instead of taking the time out to listen to the issue, she decided to say she couldn’t help any further and hung up.

They also don’t answer the phone and if they do answer the phone they will say that they are going to figure out where the driver is but never calls back. Literally the worse customer service you can possibly imagine. Don’t waste your time.
