  The stars don't lie. Not to be funny I'm actually upset. The initial woman serving us seemed kind but didnt understand why serving a ripped up tortilla shell was ok. I asked for another one; she obliged. Again, she was kind. However, moving down the assembly line the woman at the cold bar didn't know how to wrap a burrito. The food area was dirty and sloppy. Food was all over the wrapping, it was kind of gross. I asked if she can wipe the counter off. She shut down and did nothing. Then the kind lady says whats wrong she repeats and says, "she want me to wipe this off". The blank stares was enough for me to walk out. Sorry, I just cant do sloppy thrown together food, not for my kids. I dont like doing bad reviews but attitude is everything when serving someone's food.

  This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I ordered two rice bowls one with chicken and one with tofu for my friend—and the portions were shockingly small. The protein servings were barely half a scoop and didn’t even cover one side of the bowl, and even the black beans portion was minimal. When I asked what was next, it felt rushed, and when I requested extra, the response was dismissive. I’m paying for a full meal, not asking for charity. To make it worse, as I moved aside to eat, the staff member appeared to be laughing, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. I chose Chipotle because I expect consistent portions and service, and I even recommended this location to a friend over other options. This branch completely failed to meet basic expectations. If this is the standard here, management needs to urgently retrain staff and review portion control and customer service. I would not recommend this location until there is a clear improvement.

  Another visit to this location and again the kid at the register who puts the bowl in the bag tips it to 90 degrees and then just drops it in the bag so it bangs on the counter....can someone please train these employees...it's not complicated, tilt the bag not the bowl and don't just drop it in

  I used to come to this chipotle on a weekly basis, there was always this wonderful young lady who made my experience pleasant. However, I noticed she was no longer there. Upon further investigation I discovered she was wrongly fired and the way this location treats the staff is despicable!! The food service and quality has also gone down since her firing. I’m severely disappointed with this location.
