  Had such a great experience at the bar thanks to Steve. He has this way of making everyone feel like they’re walking into a place they belong. From the second you sit down he remembers you, checks in on you, and just genuinely takes care of people. You can tell he really loves what he does, and it shows because the bar is always packed when he’s working. The energy around him is great, people are laughing, talking, and having a good time. It honestly feels like being welcomed into someone’s home rather than just going out to eat. Alex was also fantastic and super attentive, and manager Melissa clearly runs a great team. You can tell the staff works well together and cares about the guests. Definitely one of those places you keep coming back to, and a big part of that is Steve.

  This is the best Carrabas we have ever been to. Melissa the manager is incredible & runs a great operation. Steve the bartender who only works tues/weds/thurs is one of the best bartenders we have ever seen and with Old school service the best ever. Steve has been there 20+ years. He is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go see Steve and or the manager Melissa and enjoy. They cook us any customized dish we want and it’s always so fresh. The steaks here are excellent as well. We eat at top steakhouses every week but alaways a pleasure getting a filet or 10 oz sirloin here as their grill and season is awesome. Cheers!

  We celebrated our child’s Confirmation here, and it truly could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. They understood how meaningful this day was for our family and went above and beyond to make it special. Tania helped me so much in planning. Nick was on top of every part of the service throughout of meal.   Was there for dinner on Thursday evening, there appeared to be so much confusion going on. I tried to sit at the bar, but I was told that the seats were reserved.. I have never been to a restaurant that reserves seats at a bar. I moved to a table in the dining room and asked to speak to a manager. No manager ever came over, the only person I saw was a woman by the kitchen who appeared to be having such a good time instead of concentrating on the guest I will not be back to this establishment.!

  Today I came to Carrabba’s on my lunch break with my husband and our coworker, and once we walked in, we were greeted by a manager who was standing as the hostess, and then we were seated at a booth that wasn’t the correct size for the party of three, it was a lot smaller than what we would needed. So we moved to a bigger table with the help of the manager, Melissa, who turned around our whole entire experience by making sure we got excellent service. Our food came out rapidly along with a great wine recommendation that I ended up have 2 glasses of the The prisoner, wine red blend. Definitely come back from Melissa. She’ll make sure you’re taking care of despite how busy the restaurant is. If Melissa isn’t here, don’t expect the best experience but while she is here, expect that you’ll be served 100% and catered too!!
