  So, a while back, Carrabba’s introduced their “Bourbon Dinners.” I had never tasted bourbon in my life, but my loyal Wine Dinner crew convinced me to go. Honestly, it doesn’t take much… tell me there’s food and booze and I’m in! Well, consider me converted—I’ve been at every bourbon dinner since. But last night? Last night wasn’t just a “10.” It was off the charts. The food was exceptional from start to finish: Course 1: Creamy Potato Parmesan Soup paired with a Bourbon Old Fashioned Course 2: Grilled Wings with a Fig Bourbon Sour Course 3: Rigatoni with Rosemary Cream & Sausage paired with Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon Course 4: Delmonico* with Gorgonzola Walnut Butter paired with Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey Course 5: Cookies & Crème Brûlée with Bulleit Bourbon And let’s be honest—your mouth was probably watering long before we even got to that Delmonico. Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned with Mr. C’s Grill Baste… it was pure flavor magic. (And if you’ve read my reviews before, you know I can get pretty colorful. LOL!) Then, just to elevate the night even further, they added a Casino Night and brought in the legendary “Wine Dinner Dream Team” of Lucille & Laura. These two are the heartbeat of every event—and now Laura is officially a Master Mix-ologist! Ladies, you are truly the best of the best. And a big shoutout to Alex—Server & Dealer Extraordinaire!!! Dear Carrabba’s Corporate: This is a very special location, and these are very special people who deserve to be recognized and supported for the exceptional team they are.

  I love this location it is the best! I come all the time with my partner and we always come for their Valentine’s Day special. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The food is always delicious too.

  Another great wine dinner. Lucille is the best manager ever and Laura is the best server. I would come here just for them. The food really has the essence of fine dining. Everything tonight was perfect for the Antinori November wine dinner!!

  November Wine Dinner at Carrabba’s From the rolling hills of Tuscany to the vineyards of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars in Napa Valley, Antinori wines embody the passion and craftsmanship of 26 generations of winemaking excellence. The Antinori family remains one of the most revered names in the world of wine. The Menu Course 1: Fall Salad with Fig Vinaigrette – topped with pistachios and wood-grilled shrimp. Wine Pairing: Villa Antinori Toscana Bianco Course 2: Penne Franco with Chicken – crowned with wood-grilled chicken and ricotta salata. Wine Pairing: Santa Cristina Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon Course 3: A 10 oz. Grilled Sirloin with Jumbo Raviolo – browned butter drizzle, and broccoli au gratin. Wine Pairing: Stag’s Leap “Artemis” Cabernet Sauvignon Course 4: Caramel Apple Crumble – Warm cinnamon apples under a golden crumble, served with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce. Wine Pairing: Tormaresca Chardonnay So wonderful to see Lucille back on her feet—her warmth lights up the room once again. Together with Laura, they truly are the penultimate Wine Dinner Dream Team, making every event feel like a celebration.

  I unexpectedly ended up in the hospital & was released right before most places close. I was starving! I was THAT person and ordered curbside pickup 30 min before they close. I tipped well in advance & was very apologetic when picking up my order. The staff was still amazing. I’ve worked in a restaurant before and I know I broke a cardinal rule, but I was just so hungry. A lovely employee who brought out my food either genuinely was not bothered or he put on a very good face. My meal was delicious, accurate & piping hot. I’d give 10 stars if I could. To the wait staff & kitchen staff- again, so sorry I ordered right before close but I am very grateful!
